POSITION TITLE: HR Associate- Part Time
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Finance Director
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
To assist with human resource activities including but not limited to: recruiting; compensation; benefits; reviews; and training.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
1) Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
2) Compile and update employee records, both hard and soft copies.
3) Process documentation relating to employee requests, including time off, issues, and requests.
4) Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and conduct phone interviews.
5) Coordinate orientation/onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
6) Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
7) Assist with benefit enrollments and administration.
8) Knowledge of human resources management principles.
9) Suggest improved methods and practices for the business operations when experience and common-sense dictates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
